1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 1290 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document along with the related Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of 1290 following any published changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

The 1290 platform is exclusively for adult users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that using online entertainment services is legal under the laws of your place of residence.

2Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is allowed to have only one account on the 1290 platform. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including full name, phone number, and valid payment details.

1290 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1290 will never ask for your password via email, messages, or any other communication channels. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

All activities carried out through your account—including bets, deposits, or withdrawals—are your responsibility until you report any unauthorized access to 1290 in writing.

3User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 1290 platform agree to comply with all the following usage rules at all times:

  • Making deposits and withdrawals using valid payment methods registered in your own name
  • Reporting technical issues or suspected unauthorized activities to the support team
  • Updating personal information when changes occur
Prohibited Use

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorized methods

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds involved in unauthorized activities, and legal action if necessary. 1290 reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion without explanation.

4Payment & Transaction Information

Currency and Deposit Methods

All transactions on the 1290 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversions are applied. Accepted deposit methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers via FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. 1290 reserves the right to adjust minimum or maximum deposit limits with appropriate notice.

Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawal requests requiring identity verification will not be processed until verification is complete. 1290 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Transaction Disputes

For disputes related to any transactions, users must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed transaction date. 1290 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. 1290’s decision on all transaction disputes is final.

5Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property

Platform Liability Limits

The 1290 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, 1290 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if 1290 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

1290 does not guarantee the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Regular maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1290 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of 1290 or its content licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works, or exploiting any part of the platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1290.

The 1290 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 1290 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of such links is at the user’s own risk.

6Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure

1290 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasons including: violation of terms of use, suspected fraud activities, failure to provide required identity verification, user request, or instructions from relevant authorities. In cases where accounts are closed due to terms violations, 1290 reserves the right to withhold any account balances related to such violations.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting the 1290 support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once the closure request is confirmed and any required security checks are completed.

Amendments to Terms

1290 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for regularly checking this page to stay informed of the latest terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted according to Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
